Let me rephrase, currently when buy blueprints with credits is enabled, there is no way to get a station blueprint period.

The problem with buy blueprints with credits is that you can't buy station blueprints that way.

Here’s a thought spanning off of that,

A player themselves can have 1 fleet, plus 1 fleet consisting of a block limit ship, not allowed to be sent to attack, this ship would have to be manned by the owner in order to engage other players. This would enable players to use the carrier recall function of fleets off of their Carriers or Titans for fighters or mining drones. This would also allow players who use auto jump drives a possible way to recover their ship if it auto jumps without them, without needing an admins help. This also might encourage players to leave their basses and travel around some as they could just set a destination and not have to fly themselves there. The fleet name would have to be PSF (Personal Ship Fleet) followed by the players name, ex PSF-Joe.

A faction plus a home base of any block size adds 2 fleets to the faction, either mining or attack fleets, and 2 defensive fleets stationed within 2 or 3 sectors of the home base (these fleets would be defending that sector). The defense fleets would be named DF1 faction name, ex DF1-Joes Faction, DF2-Joes Faction.

A 2m station adds 1 defensive fleet stationed within 2 or 3 sectors of that station named DF-Station name, ex DF-Joes 2m Station. A 5m station gives 2 Defensive fleets within 2 or 3 sectors of the station named DF1, DF2-station name

Maybe add an additional faction fleet for every system owned.

The naming of the fleets this way or in a similar way, would help the ability of admins to identify if someone was abusing this way to get more fleets.

Just giving everyone a heads up, I have been checking out the current dev build and shops are changing with the next update

A few things the note before the update arrives:

shops will require cargo spaces to store their stock, so far in my testing of it, roughly 50k cargo spaces for a fully stocked shop

shops can now pull items from a storage block to replenish its stock, as well as storage blocks can now pull items out of the shop

item trading, trade network, or what ever you would like to call it, is also coming in this update

I would be happy to make a skid racing track using the race gates, if that is something that people would like to have and would use.
basic racer info: 1 power block, 1 thruster, Width 3, Length 5, Height 3, mass around 5 or 6, no weapons(at least for now)

If this sounds like something you guys would like, please let me know.

Have you tried restarting your internet router/modem(unplugging the power cord for 30sec)?
Is your OS up to date and are the browsers that you used up to date as well?
Have you tried to log in using different computer?

PvE stands for Player vs Environment, meaning we don't engage in Player vs Player(PvP).
yes we are online and active a lot.
We have a faction chat channel in the ts3.lazygamerz .org teamspeak3 server, which we are also active on.
if u have any other questions let me know.

I would like see some basic rules/information displayed on the log on spawn button screen,
for instance, Ships left at spawn will be deleted with out warning to reduce lag for new players who log into the server.

Something I notice when trying to save my own station, it wouldn't save while having 4 starter cargo ships docked to it, un docking them allowed me to save the station.  these were un modified starter cargo ships with different names. 
So it seems that having 4 identical ships with different names might be causing station saving to blueprint issues.

I post this in case anyone is having difficulties saving their station.
